Subscription Terms & Conditions

  • Subscription Discounts

    • Subscribers receive up to 15% off selected skincare products as part of their ongoing subscription.

    • Discounts apply only while the subscription remains active.

  • Delivery Frequency

    • Products are automatically shipped every 2 months (or at the frequency you select, if available).

  • Minimum Commitment

    • Subscriptions require a minimum of two orders.

    • Cancellations cannot be made before the second order has been processed and charged.

  • Payments

    • Your nominated payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment.

    • Failed payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    • After your second order has been processed, you may pause, update, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@noosaskinstudio.com.au.

    • Changes must be made at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled charge.

  • Returns & Refunds

    • Subscription orders follow our standard returns policy. Products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.

  • General

    • Noosa Skin Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
