At Noosa Skin Studio, we pride ourselves on offering the best in customer care. Please make yourself aware of our policies, which have been designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all guests.

Group bookings
To maintain our desired level of personalisation, our maximum group size for any bookings is 2 guests. 

Booking and Changing appointments
Bookings can be made via our online calendar at or by calling us on 0411 215 337. A 50% booking deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. We will send you a courtesy confirmation via SMS 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, if you need to reschedule or cancel, you can reply to the SMS or call the studio on 0411 215 337.
Please advise of changes or cancellations to your appointment 24 hours prior, group bookings require prepayment and 72 hours cancellation notice. Respectfully, late cancellations or changes incur the full appointment fee unless the place can be refilled.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late for an appointment we may need to shorten or cancel your treatment and the full scheduled appointment fee may still apply.

Treatment Preparation
Please arrive at your appointment with clean skin where possible. We provide refresher towels for you to use to freshen up in private prior to waxing treatment. Your therapist will use warm towels to cleanse your feet before any massage treatments. We recommend that men shave the morning of their scheduled facial.

Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, the number of pillows or the conversation level, please notify us of any preferences. Our qualified therapists are trained to respect your comfort and privacy. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that some noise from neighbouring businesses will not filter through to our treatment rooms, if you are noise sensitive we do have disposable earbuds available on request for your comfort.

Mobile Phones / Technology
To preserve the peacefulness of the studio, we respectfully request that mobiles be turned silent when you enter the Studio. If you would like to share your experience pre or post treatment, our social media handle for, Instagram and facebook is @noosaskinstudio.

Studio Etiquette
Whilst in our studio, we ask that you kindly respect our staff, facilities,  policies and the enjoyment of other guests. We operate in a very positive, professional, and nurturing environment. All Noosa Skin Studio therapists are certified in their respective services. You will always be treated by a caring, qualified professional.

Special Considerations
For any allergies, medical conditions (including pregnancy), or disabilities not advised at the time of making the booking, please contact us so we can assist in making the appropriate treatment choices or modifications. Whilst all care is taken, Noosa Skin Studio can not guarantee any of our treatments are completely free from traces of allergens or appropriate for any medical condition. Please seek prior advice from your doctor or healthcare professional. Clients being treated for chronic medical conditions should provide written clearance from their doctor.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Due to increased sensitivity and various hormonal changes during pregnancy, there are some treatment contraindications and special precautions for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. We recommend that you check with your doctor on your individual needs prior to booking any treatment. 

Prior to any treatment, please use our consultation forms to disclose to Noosa Skin Studio your medical history, including any medical conditions, pre-existing injuries, infectious diseases, skin conditions, allergies, and pregnancy. If your health conditions have changed since first completing the forms, please advise us as soon as possible and prior to your next treatment to allow us to make the necessary adjustments. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please inform your therapist immediately.

Noosa Skin Studio does not offer medical advice to clients, regarding the suitability or appropriateness of any of our treatments for any medical condition or compatibility with any prescription or professionally administrated medication. Any information provided by Noosa Skin Studio, including by its employees or agents, should not be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice. Noosa Skin Studio can refuse you treatment if we deem that any of your medical conditions may cause harm to you, our staff or other clients. You release Noosa Skin Studio, its employees, agents and third party providers, from responsibility and liability for any death, injury, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage caused by the treatment, even if you provide Noosa Skin Studio with a 'medical clearance' from a medical practitioner allowing the treatment, or if you misrepresent or fail to disclose to Noosa Skin Studio your medical conditions or changes to your medical history prior to any treatment.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed for the treatment/s nominated, or the original card purchase value can be used towards other services of choice. Gift certificate numbers should be quoted at the time of booking your appointment and presented on arrival. Should you provide less than 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment booked using a gift certificate, the cost of the treatment(s) booked may be deduced from the card balance. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or gift certificates. Please keep your card safe as it can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Express or Parcel post on the same or next business day as your order; however, we cannot guarantee delivery times of Australia Post. 

When ordering over the phone, a tax invoice will be emailed. For orders over $150 value, we offer FREE Express Shipping, orders under $150 are charged a flat fee of $10 for Express Shipping. For international postage, please contact us for a quote.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at  within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

As an exception, if you have had a reaction to any product you have used and would like an exchange or refund, we require a form to be completed supported by photographic evidence of the reaction for reporting to the manufacturer. To streamline this process we request that you take a photo of your reaction and send it through to us at 0411 215 337.  

All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer but may be refunded in the case of any fault on our part. We recommend that you return the product via insured, registered post. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
